204 single-family and condo/townhouse closings were recorded.
Combined sales volume reached $136.1 million.

National Snapshot,On a national scale, buyers are seeing more opportunity than in years:

Existing home sales rose 2% in July, edging above last year’s pace.
The number of homes for sale nationally is up 16% year-over-year.
